Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-10 person weekend retail teams during peak shopping hours
- Execute inventory management and merchandising strategies
- Handle customer escalations with exceptional service focus
- Train and mentor new weekend associates on company standards
- Monitor sales targets and adjust staffing as needed
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality leadership experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 10AM-6PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Valid Maryland driver's license (for store deliveries)
- Basic inventory management software proficiency
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
