Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations and supervise 5-8 retail associates
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalations
- Execute inventory processes and visual merchandising standards
- Train new staff on product knowledge and store procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail supervisory experience required
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
