Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person weekend team during peak service hours
- Ensure seamless guest experiences across all service touchpoints
- Execute inventory controls and quality assurance protocols
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality/supervisory experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun)
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Advanced conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Boston knowledge and local connections a plus
- Ability to stand 8+ hours during shifts
- Valid Massachusetts food handler permit
