Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations for 5-10 retail staff members
- Ensure exceptional customer service during peak weekend hours
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Train new weekend team members on company procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain store appearance and safety standards
- Prepare end-of-day reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-10pm)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Boston-based residency required for immediate start
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if required for logistics)
