Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Supervise 5-7 team members during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend transitions
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct weekend staff training and performance evaluations
- Generate weekend shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend oversight
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
- Available for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
