Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 weekend staff members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure store cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism
- Process daily transactions and reconcile weekend sales reports
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs
- Conduct opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
- Train new staff on company policies and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional store deliveries)
