Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 part-time staff during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and timeliness metrics
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with overnight team
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment checks
- Resolve operational escalations and customer inquiries
- Prepare shift reports and performance analytics
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics/retail
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (4 AM - 2 PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license required
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
