Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care operations during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Train and mentor weekend staff on emergency procedures and patient care standards
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Conduct weekend shift handovers and documentation reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Current RN, LPN, or CMA license required
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain current status)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems (EPIC preferred)
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Tennessee state healthcare facility clearance
