Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 retail associates during weekend shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Manage inventory counts and merchandising displays
- Process cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
- Train new hires on store policies and procedures
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor store security and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with management team for operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
