Responsibilities
- Manage weekend store operations and team of 5-8 associates
- Execute inventory management and merchandising plans
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Train new staff on POS systems and brand standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotions
- Maintain store safety and visual merchandising standards
- Prepare end-of-day sales reports and inventory counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun, 6am-10pm shifts)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to assigned location
- Must be 18+ years old
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
