Responsibilities
- Manage weekend staff scheduling and performance
- Oversee daily operational workflows and quality control
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Train new weekend team members on protocols
- Conduct opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
- Monitor inventory and supply chain logistics
- Submit shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if applicable)
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification preferred
