Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations and 5-7 team members
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless handover processes
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Generate daily performance reports for management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for site visits)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Background check and drug test required
