Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Manage 8-10 member team, including task delegation and performance coaching
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handover procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges appropriately
- Prepare shift reports and productivity metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Available for both weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred
