Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Implement process improvements to boost weekend productivity
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues
- Conduct weekend staff meetings and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supervisory experience
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems
- OSHA safety training certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Philadelphia local residency required
