Responsibilities
- Manage weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Train and mentor part-time staff on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional shopping experiences
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for weekend restocking
- Implement visual merchandising directives to maintain store aesthetics
- Prepare daily sales reports and weekend performance summaries
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for vendor coordination)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
