Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts
- Lead and motivate 5-8 team members to achieve sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Handle inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues
- Train new staff on store policies and procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
