Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 retail associates during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service protocols
- Train new hires on POS systems and brand guidelines
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail supervision or team leadership experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-10PM)
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic financial reconciliation experience
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
