Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations for 8-10 retail associates
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Implement visual merchandising standards to drive sales
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred

- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
