Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service excellence
- Train and mentor part-time associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and safety protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve weekend targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during all shifts
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced weekend environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Valid California driver's license (for location transfers if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
