Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 team members during weekend shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring operational efficiency
- Exceed sales targets through personalized customer service and product knowledge
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stock rotation, and loss prevention
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Train weekend staff on company policies and product offerings
- Submit accurate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Available for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
