Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage team of 8-10 associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Coordinate inventory management and order processing during peak weekend hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend productivity
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or warehouse environments
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-volume periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- OSHA certification preferred but not required
