Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend retail operations including inventory and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor new weekend associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Process transactions and maintain accurate point-of-sale records
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Implement visual merchandising standards for weekend displays
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for store deliveries)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
