Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 weekend staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply replenishment
- Prepare weekend performance reports for management review
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with weekday teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-volume settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
