Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and team performance
- Ensure safety compliance and protocol adherence
- Coordinate inventory management and order processing
- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates
- Resolve operational escalations in real-time
- Generate shift performance reports
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 10PM-6AM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic knowledge of WMS inventory systems
- Valid Indiana driver's license
