Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10/11, and macOS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
