Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stock rotation and safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
