Responsibilities
- Process and sort incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Pick and pack orders for timely customer delivery
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Uphold strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus facility
- Availability for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
