Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for weekend delivery routes
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend deadlines
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
- Flexibility to work Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
