Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Shipping/Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, quantity, and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for some driving duties.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand basic English and follow verbal and written instructions.
