Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock counts
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Support cycle count initiatives for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to Gemini Place, Columbus, OH 43220
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
