Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts following strict protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for material movement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time weekend delivery fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Document processing activities and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- OSHA forklift certification training provided upon hire
- Team player with clear communication skills
