Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify inventory accuracy and update warehouse management systems (WMS) in real-time.
- Ensure the packing and shipping areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding orders and delivery status during peak weekend hours.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition and handover of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
