Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers with precision and speed using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and labeling systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Organize stock and materials in designated zones to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
