Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory against shipping documents and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety standards.
- Operate scanners and computer systems to track shipments and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate counting and sorting.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
