Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Load, unload, and move products accurately using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Scan items, verify quantities against work orders, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills required.
- Documentation: Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
