Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of help desk tickets during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security updates.
- Document all technical resolutions and maintain accurate IT assets records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and remote connectivity tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
