Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets and inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to resolve escalated issues and share knowledge.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Ensure 100% uptime and customer satisfaction during all weekend operations.
- Conduct routine system checks and performance monitoring to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision during off-hours.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer experience.
