Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming technical support tickets via Zendesk and Slack.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates on weekends.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team to escalate complex issues.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating shift.
