Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to clients via phone and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure seamless service delivery during weekend operations.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment for corporate clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
