Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in designated zones
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality control and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work environment through proper housekeeping
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM or 4 PM - 2 AM)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
