Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient weekend workflows
- Conduct quality control checks and document inventory discrepancies
- Support outbound shipping operations and prepare orders for weekend deliveries
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following OSHA guidelines
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
