Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend productivity goals
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support cross-functional operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with breaks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
