Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise for the upcoming week's distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
