Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to transition operations seamlessly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
