Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring inventory is handled with care.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety instructions and work orders.
