Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and place inventory items accurately.
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while maintaining strict safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is preferred but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
