Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process incoming and outgoing inventory orders within tight deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: A history of punctual attendance and professional conduct.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates.
