Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize merchandise from incoming delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols.
- Scan and track inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Assist in picking, packing, and labeling orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
