Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring cargo security.
- Pick and pack orders with a high degree of accuracy to minimize returns.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday required).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to commute to our Cleveland facility.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn our warehouse management systems.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
