Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform minor maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure functionality.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
